- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each initial quote is only a ballpark estimate based on the information provided by the client. A firm quote is provided after a face to face meeting in order to see all that is required to be cleaned. The face to face meeting is also your opportunity to meet me and to make sure you are comfortable with me cleaning your home. I respect the fact that cleaning your home is a personal decision and want you to feel comfortable with my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respect that this is your home and inviting a stranger into your home can be stressful. I want potential customers to understand that I am here to help them and to put them at ease. I focus on making long-term relationships. Together we will review exactly what needs to be done so there are no surprises. I will take responsibility for doing the cleaning and will ensure you are satisfied with my performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have cleaned houses and offices for over 15 years and understand what is important to you as a homeowner or business owner. My job training and experience shines through with every satisfied customer.
