I contacted Rachele a number of years ago to help my brother and sister-in-law organize their house as a Christmas present. She literally changed their lives by creating a bedroom their twins could easily transition to from the family bed. The copious amount of adorable clothing was donated to a friend of Rachelle‘s who brought these clothes to Haiti, and in return Rachele gave some extra hours for free. Since then our family has used her in many different capacities: to clean out my fathers home when he had to transition to Skilled Nursing, including his garage and storage room. She was with us when we had to clear out my mothers room when she passed away, and just recently, Rachele came to New York to help me organize my office. She has become more than an organizer for us, she has become part of the family. Rochelle is a warm, caring person who wants her customer to be happy. She has a very sophisticated style and is very attuned to the psychology of what people need to get very difficult and emotional things done. She is a sturdy person to lean on when your brain freezes up from having to make too many decisions. She is extremely resourceful, creative, and intelligent. Her stamina is amazing. We really don’t know what we would have done without her. Our family is very blessed to have found her and I would recommend her highly for anyone in any situation.

Preparing myself for a downsizing was a daunting task. I have tried to plan and organize myself for my move but was unable to accomplish it on my own. I had looked into a professional organizer and interviewed a few but found that Rachelle was my best option. That proved to be a wonderful decision. Rachelle worked with me at my pace and well within my comfort zone. Rachelle provided logical, helpful, simple suggestions and advice on the downsizing as well as useful ways to carry the reorganization into my new home. Her services included removing some unwanted items, suggestions on repurposing items and ideas on charitable organizations that might have use for items no longer needed. She was prompt, attentive and professional . She worked well with my timeline for the project and my results were beyond my expectation. Now that my current home is in shape to sell, I plan to use Rachelle to stage it for when the actual “FOR SALE” sign goes up!! Overall , very, very satisfied with my decision.

Rocky worked in my office for six hours on a December Saturday and transformed it into a place where I am now proud and confident. Up to that day, it was a space that used to make me sick to look at. With Rocky, you’re not only getting a certified organizational professional, you get a wonderful and warm person who cares about the things that you’ve accumulated that matter and will help you just separate yourself from the pure junk that doesn’t. She did everything that she said that she would do and so much more. My office now is a beautiful, comfortable And productive workspace. As a result of her cleaning my office, we are now going to tackle my basement which is an absolute nightmare. I am confident that she’ll beautifully transform that space as well. Her great work in my office also inspired me to give a gift certificate for her amazing services to my best friend.
