There are many ups and downs in the home buying process. Our anxiety as first time buyers only magnified the bumps in the road. Talib stood by us with his knowledge and experience of the market in the many towns where we looked. He helped us hone in on what was most important to us in a home and narrow our list from dozens to just a few that we were able to put offers on. He was our advocate through the entire process, negotiating with seller’s agents, lenders, inspectors and lawyers. At the end, we moved into our dream home!

I am very happy with the cooperation with Talib. My condo sale was a bit complicated since I was living in Europe and had tenants in the property. Communication with him was quick and simple - all my messages were replied to within minutes. And he also went above and beyond by handling many of the small details which, because I lived overseas, were difficult for me (condo certificate, fire certificate, arranging some small repairs).
The best part is - he sold my house 1 week after putting it on the market at a price which I was quite pleased with. Considering that there were multiple condos for sale in the area, I have no doubt that he is a master at the art of selling!
