We needed a consultant to help complete many features related to the community section of our Drupal 7 project. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a series of website packages that are priced appropriately towards the project requirements. The prices range between $1,200 - $7,200. We also provide hourly consulting work at $75/hour for projects that do not fall within the normal packages.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will review your request and send you a Creative Brief to fill out to obtain as much information as possible for the type of work you need. Afterwards, if possible I will meet with you in person to give us a chance to introduce ourselves in person, talk more about the project, and outline the project plan. I will then provide you with a contract to be signed before we begin working. Throughout the project I will connect with you to provide updates, ask you any questions, and have you review the work periodically. If the project requires that you be trained, I will train you in person on how to manage the project after it is launch. When you are satisfied with the work performed, we can move forward with the launch.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Web Design and Development, have been working in the field since 2005, and and am also the Web Systems Architect for an educational collaborative.
