We provide our services throughout the Shelby/Jefferson county areas. EES, PROVIDES: Free Est. for all customers, regardless of project size. Our competitive pricing has worked just fine, and as a team we feel great about pricing our projects and competing for Bid's. Warranty packages, All our products and labor are backed by a 12 month service agreement. Most all products will hold a manufacture warranty up to 3 or 4 yrs. EES, also offers homeowners Electrical homeowners packages. These packages will insure the homeowner, if any electrical service is needed with in set package guidelines, that EES is to cover set issue and repair home as required on set electrical package. For terms starting at 12 months, to coverage up to 5 years.. Basic Electrical Services Offered, •Panel, Service upgrades (100 amp to 200 amp upgrades) •Residential troubleshooting, set hourly price •Fixture, swope and new fixture and switch addition •Remodel and Addition wiring •Landscape and low voltage wiring and troubleshooting •Recessed lighting and retrofit LED fixtures •Security System and Gate wiring, troubleshooting •Total rewires, non grounded homes upgraded to grounded systems •Rewire Fixtures and LED upgrades •Electrical Child Protection, Free walk through and est. Payment Types - Cash, Check, PayPal, Master, Visa, American Express, money wire or transfer. All invoices for service work are to be paid in full to Technician's before leaving property unless discussed before hand. Invoices for draws or upgrade projects will need to be paid 7 days after receiving final invoice. Non compliance will result in a late payment fee, 21 days past due forwards invoice to Accounts owed and customer might be entitled to lawyer fees and costs. Project Draws - Any project not considered a service call, or charged based on cost plus, or by hourly rates, will be required to collect a 60% startup invoice to cover all permits, city license cost or bonds, and material cost. 40% will be collected on the final inspection of project and scope of work is completed and approved by Homeowner / General Contractor. If project calls for two inspections, rough inspection and finish inspection then draws will break down into 60% start-up draw 20% rough inspection and 20% final inspection.
