- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is commensurate or above the industry average and is based upon the work requested to be performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first concern is to resolve any immediate emergency calls/issues. Then review and present options to mitigate or help ensure those issues do not happen again. If the customer knows what they want then a quick quote may be provided over the phone or online. For more elaborate projects or if our input is needed we will schedule a site visit and then provide a formal proposal. Once accepted the work requested is then schedule to be performed at the customers earliest convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an E-1 #189822 Master Electrical License with over 20 years experience.
