My laptop crashed while preparing for a very important business meeting with potential investors. All my work, the presentation, files etc were on it and I couldn't go without this data. I know I thought quite a bit about computers, but, no matter what I did, I couldn't get it to boot. I had been given Mr. Sklar's card from a friend. I brought it there. He looked at it, tried to boot it and than advised I would have to leave it there and would call me with his progress. I explained to him of the meeting I needed to prepare for in 2 days. Later that night he called to advise I could pick it up and that it had some hardware problems that required replacement of some parts and a tune up. When I picked it up it worked great, and, his charge for parts and labor was quite reasonable.
