- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All charges are flat fees based on the work needed for the expected time needed to perform the work. There are no additional charges unless the work is interrupted or prevented by someone or something other than myself.

Email or phone exchanges describing the problem and the proposed solution.
