The whole team was great. Very responsive to communication and was able to schedule a zoom to give an estimate. The work was ready to be done just a couple of days later. The install was done neatly and when I changed my mind about one aspect, they pivoted to accommodate it immediately. We had a sound system that is Sonos compatible installed in our large back yard and are really enjoying it. They even took all of the electronic waste with them from our old equipment. I highly recommend Lonny and his team at Tangonet.

Lonny is the man! He is nice, fair, and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?! I was looking for someone to assess the home audio and internet situation in my new home, and Lonny made himself available within the hour to come by. We had Lonny and his amazing team install a full surround sound speaker system in our house. We were blown away at their attention to detail and willingness to continue to work to get things perfect. It's very clear these guys love what they do and are perfectionists. They made multiple trips to our house to make sure things were just right and never once did I feel that they didn't want to be there. In addition, we had an issue that arose with our TV (Samsung software bug) and Lonny went absolutely above and beyond to hound Samsung's customer service team (he probably spent 5+ hours on the phone with them) to get them to take care of the issue. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary here because I've never had a more positive experience with people doing work at our home. These guys are true professionals and genuinely kind people!

One of my universal remotes had broken and I also needed another remote programmed for a new tv. I contacted Lonny and he called to get a better picture of the issue. I immediately felt like he was an honest person because he told me he would come out and see if the "broken" remote could be fixed before assuming I needed to order an expensive replacement. And although he was going to see if he could fix the remote, I appreciated that he was going to bring a replacement with him just in case I did need a new one in order to eliminate the need for another appointment and get my tv's up and running all in the same day. We scheduled an appointment for the following day at 3 pm. Lonny realized he was going to be late due to another job lasting longer and called in the afternoon to see if it was ok to come later. After he realized Friday traffic on the 405 was going to make him even later than we had previously agreed upon, he called again just to make sure I still wanted him to come or to see if I would prefer if we rescheduled. He was extremely respectful of my time and and very communicative throughout the day. I had no other plans so I told him he could still come if he wanted to brave the traffic. He arrived in the evening and stayed approximately 2 hours completing the job. He was professional, respectful, polite, and thorough. He was able to fix the older remote and did not try to sell me new equipment that I don't need (yet). I found him to be incredibly honest and straightforward. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any A/V needs and when I finally do need my new universal remotes...I will be getting them from Lonny! I highly recommend!
