- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Precision Installers prices based on a per-job basis rather than hourly. We feel that clients have received this pricing system well and prefer it since many people are burned every day by hourly companies who take their time on jobs when it isn't necessary. Job based pricing aims to increase customer satisfaction, and keep as much money in the client's pocket as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish contact with a new client, our first step is to establish and build a relationship with them. Whether or not they choose Precision Installers, we find it is our duty to serve every client to the best of our ability, and more. Relationship building begins with finding out everything about the project that the client needs completed. We provide in-home consultations if need be. Once we have established the project, we make it a point to be on call 24/7 for our clients for any questions they may have. We use every form of communication to make our clients feel the most comfortable. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship so our clients know they can trust Precision Installers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of retail experience have provided the framework for the knowledge of the intricacies that are involved in home automation, home theater, networking and computers. Countless hours of research, watching videos, attending trainings, and dong whatever it took to learn everything about the industry has given Precision Installers the proper skills to complete any job with the utmost satisfaction.
