- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We at APT Tree Removal take pride in providing quality work and customer service. We do this while taking into consideration competitors' rates and working to provide the better quote to meet the customers' needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the client's job description and follow up with the customer via a phone conversation as well as a face to face meeting. We will review client expectations and anticipated outcomes. We provide a free quote as well as provide ample opportunity to listen to and address the client's questions and vision. Our goal is to meet the customer's wants and needs and work towards not only meeting but exceeding their expectations with professional and courteous service from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
APT Tree Removal has been in business for over 10 years. Being a licensed, insured and bonded company, our employees engage in ongoing training to insure safe, efficient and expert usage of equipment on the job site. We are OSHA certified.
