Introduction: A friendly, family oriented environment who's guests range from ages 16 all the way to 90! Well stocked with state of the art equipment, there is no limit to the options available while training. Every program is individually customized to the client's specific needs, fitness level, goals, and desires. You're always involved in the process as the lines of communication are always wide open. I do what I do for the same reason many teachers do what they do: because I want to inform, educate, inspire, and motivate. I want to give other people something that will change their lives. I don't need you to be the world's strongest man/woman. I just need you to strive to be better today than you were yesterday.

I offer both 30 and 60 minute packages that come in different sizes to suite your needs along with different payment options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll sit down and go over your goals, fitness level, health history, and background. Then we'll set up an appointment for you to try a workout so you can get a feel for what you can expect.
