I LOVE Martina! She comes every other week and makes my home look wonderful. She has been cleaning for me for years! Martina pays attention to all the little things and she will do special cleaning (like windows) when you need it. She cleans thoroughly and with such care that I never have to worry about anything! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we talk on phone we will set up a time to meet and I get to see the home.We do a walk through and disscuss what kind of cleaning we will be doing,talk about cleaning products, Special Instructions, Days,times,payments,codes and keys.These are some if the things we talk about. I also like to make sure. I have clients work numbers or alternative numbers in case of any emergencys.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I dont have any special training that relates to my job, besides a little OCD ..thats just a little bonus.I have many years of cleaning experience and I am just great at what I do.I dont know everything and if I am not sure about something I will let you know.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Actually I was a Supervisor working for a Defense Systems Company in Texas.... We lost the contract to Lockhead Martin. I landed a side cleaning job and from there got a few more cleaning jobs.I eventually moved back to Arizona and was working but slowly picked up a few cleaning jobs on the side but ended up cleaning houses full time.
