Introduction: I began my career in fitness with my own weight loss journey. My Father battled cancer, heart attacks, and had many spine surgeries due to being over 200 lbs overweight the majority of his adult life. At the age of 18 I weighed 360 lbs myself and realized if I did not do something I would be following in his footsteps. I began by joining a gym and educated myself in my way to working off over 152 lbs.
I became motivated to join the armed forces following 9-11-01 and after serving in the USMC, I studied and received a degree in Exercise Science and became a two time Master Trainer with experience in nutritional counseling, youth and senior training, strength and conditioning, exercise therapy, as well as working hand in hand with three chiropractic offices as their functional rehab trainer.
Nutrition accounts for 70% of your success towards your fitness goals whether you want to put on muscle or lose body fat. I will provide nutrition guidance that will get you to achieve your goal.
Their is not a style of training I can not provide, whether it is weight loss, muscle building, or performance driven. I am passionate about helping others and provide the highest quality in strength training, powerlifting, weight loss, posture correction, conditioning, rehabilitation, and functional training.
