I've used RJR for replacing broken ceiling fans, installing a dedicated circuit for a new pool, fixing broken bathroom faucets, and building/installing a fenced pen for my dogs. Roger always arrives on time, works fast, and does a superb job. I now have him scheduled to re-screen my screen porch, replace kitchen faucet, install a garbage disposal, replace front door, and install pet door on the back door. I'm a widow and wary of who I allow in my home, but Roger has always been honest, professional, and polite. I won't use anyone else.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate based on actual hours worked. I request my customers purchase the required materials based on my materials list and pay me only for the labor. This way, you know exactly what your costs are.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen to their needs, wants and desires. Suggest solutions incorporating their ideas and mine. Work within their budget (if known). Offer estimate based on previous experience. Bill only for actual hours worked, if less than estimate, charge only that amount. Honesty always with on time service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My entire life has been an experience in fixing and repairing virtually everything. I couple that with years of experience as a cabinet maker, exhibit builder, fabricator, landscape designer and specialized vehicle manufacturer.
