- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I request 75% down for first time customers, and 50% down from repeat customers. Cost of each job is based on what is required to complete it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a client calls in to inform me of what they are looking for exactly. If they have there own artwork, then they would forward that to me in a jpeg or pdf format and I would review it and determine if it needs to be recreated. If not, then they would let me know what they want done with the artwork. Options for what to do with artwork include, screen printing, vehicle wrapping, posters, banners, business cards, etc. If the client does not have their own artwork, I will discuss with them what they are looking for and then I would create artwork to fit their needs. Once the design is approved the order is placed and the down payment is received. From there it is, on average, a 2 week turn around from the date the order was officially placed. We will try to accommodate rush orders if possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in fine art and I have been doing business for over 35 years and professionally for 20 years. I am an artist, so I paint, draw, sketch, airbrush, do computer graphics and free hand art.
