Introduction: I love diverse clients who need my expertise as a coach, healing conduit, ir motivational speaker. I use friendly conversation mixed with guidance to help my clients discover ways in which they can facilitate positive transformation in their lives. I practice and teach meditation and movement modalities, such as Qigong and Dance, to inspire positive change in the lives of those who I work with. I also offer reiki, sound healing and affirmations for those in need. I enjoy guiding people towards better relationships with themselves which, in turn, allow them to have better relationships with others.

Rachel is amazing. Her couseling sessions were led with love, care and compssion. Her methods have really helped me to vigorously turn sobb into psalm. She is definitely a master at her craft. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $55 for a session that can last up to 4 hours. I prefer this method because the needs of the client vary and I never eant someone to feel rushed. Sometimes, meditation takes an hour, other times it only takes 15 minutes. Sometimes, we cry for a while. Other times, we laugh. Everyone is different, and I honor that by holding the space accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen deeply. This is where I am able to assess my client's needs and true heart's desires. Then, I offer advice as to what we can do together to initiate the most profound change in their lives during our time together. Then, we have fun!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have traveled the world on my own spiritual quest for self-cultivation, picking up methods for healing along the way. I have studied many religions, emersing myself in different forms of serving my higher calling. I currently study Five Elements Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, which I have grown to love. I am a trained musician and dancer, with a background in Musical Theater.
