Introduction: I combine the practices of Yoga, Reiki, and partner with the Natural Elements for healing and empowering children and adults. I am a yoga instructor, Reiki Master Teacher, and Family Constellations Facilitator. My greatest joy isn't helping people, but teaching people so they may help themselves. I especially love working with animals and partnering with my own animals to do energy work.

When you practice yoga with Sharon, you don't get a generic class. She includes rich visualizations in her meditations, pays particular attention to the energetic body over asana practice, and creates a safe place to find freedom and expression in movement. Her knowledge is vast and coupled with her off beat personality, this nurturing yogi will have you feeling light with love and creativity while deeply grounded and equipped to face the world off the mat. It's always a treat learning from Sharon.

I have worked in education and wellness for 7 years. I have studied and been certified in vinyasa yoga, hatha, yoga, Prana Flow Yoga, Yoga and Tantric Trance Dance, Yin Yoga, Children's Yoga, Yoga for Trauma, and Restorative Yoga. I am a Usui Reiki Master Teacher. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
