I hired Piero Marinucci with Silver Spring Property Management to both manage my house while it was being rented and to be my sellers agent to sell my condo. Piero is awesome. As a management company everything was taken care of. Rent, repairs, tax reporting, and at a more competitive rate then most companies. Prior to them, I had one of the bigger management companies, and they failed to meet the needs of the renters and were consistently billing me for things I was not made aware of.
After a couple year, I was finally able to sell the property (thanks housing bubble!). As my listing agent, Piero did everything. We had multiple showings in the first weekend and I sold my property within 45 days. The closing was seamless and he was always keeping me informed through the process.
Amazing communication, pleasant to work with, a fantastic experience. I wish he worked where I live now in Wisconsin.
