Daniel was simply amazing. We had so many different projects done to our house over the last 3 months and during that time I worked with many different people, so I know what I'm talking about. We hired Daniel recently to re-tile our 170 sq foot studio/in-law-suite and all I have to say is WOW! He not only gave us an amazing deal in terms of value, but his work ethic is top notch. He was always willing to go the extra yard to make everything right and we were very lucky to find him. To be perfectly honest, at first we almost didn't hire him because of lack of reviews he had on Thumbtack, but after reaching out to two of his references we decided to give him a shot at the job and we couldn't be more happy with his work. We ran into several challenges along the way due to some previous water damage, and he continued to work through each challenge and didn't take advantage of us, where I think other contractors would have. He also helped haul away a broken oven, fridge and some other things in his truck, which was again just so nice of him. We also hired him for some other odd jobs around the house that were not in the scope of the original project and he did excellent work and always gave us very competitive prices. On top of all of this, he's also very nice, professional and someone you can trust - I gave him my credit card on several occasions to go buy supplies, and when the job was done he loaded up all the left over materials in his truck and we went to the store to return it - almost $150 in returned material, and he could have easily just taken that with him or not bothered to tell me about it. We will be happy to hire him again in the future and if you need work done out there, don't hesitate to hire him.

Carlos did such a great job with our bathroom. Not only did he do our bathroom but he also gave us a great deal on doing some electrical wiring for a house to be able to have an extra router to boost our internet signal. He also did the backsplash in my kitchen which I've been dying to do since we bought the house. The work is so beautiful everything he did. He also helped me figure out that are kitchen faucets were no good I they didn't even charge me for that. He does quality work for a fair price and he walked you through each step making you feel comfortable about what you are getting into. After he demolished our bathroom right away told us at the plumbing is bad and he could just do the bathroom the way it is. He said that he would rather do a quality job and make sure we have a beautiful bathroom along with the plumbing underneath. I gave him the okay and paid the extra cost to have the plumbing redone. Totally worth it the bathrooms amazing. For a long time where kitchen faucets weren't working well and we would hear the same thing that everything is fine but we would only get like drip of water from our kitchen faucet. The previous contractor who did our kitchen basically gave us bad faucets and that's why we had issues in the kitchen. Carlos determine that right away and told us exactly what we needed to do. I would highly recommend using him for all kinds of work in your house. He's very knowledgeable and dependable
