It only allowed us to pick 3 good qualities but let me tell you!! I'm so grateful to Orlando for fixing the burn hole in my carpet. He answered me right away, he showed up on time. The Price was awesome. He used a piece of carpet from my closet and actually fixed that part as well. I couldn't even see where he replaced it at because it was perfectly seamed. Thank you so so much!!!! He is the most polite and professional man and it was a pleasure!!
