Orlando and his crew were on time and did a great job of replacing my old carpet with a quality new one. He is very reasonable and responded immediately to my request for a new carpet at my property. Orlando and his team were amazing to work with. Orlando is very professional, patient, and very responsive. I had to change my original installation date and Orlando worked with me to reschedule. My project consisted of replacing old carpet in 95% of my home. This was a big task as my home is fully furnished and lived in. I requested to have the carpet installed in two phases to allow me time to not totally distribute the flow of my household. Orlando and his team helped to move heavy furniture (I moved as much on my own as I could, as I understand the moving of things was not their responsibility). Allowing the 2 day installation worked out great and my home was back, functioning as normal in no time. The team was friendly and they cleaned up as they went, keeping my family safe at all times. The carpet looks amazing (I chose the color “Ravishing” for those who are curious) and it feels great. The new carpet makes it feel like a new home. I will definitely be using Orlando for future projects. Thanks so much Orlando and team!
