Introduction: Northwest First Response has been instructing First Aid and CPR training for 20 years. Our instructors have years of experience in the Public Safety Industry. We provide consistent, video-directed, instructor-facilitated approach to teaching and learning lifesaving first aid, CPR and AED that is used by thousands of private and public organizations On whole, MEDIC First Aid training programs are currently recognized, accepted, approved, or meet the requirements of nearly 1800 state and provincial regulatory agencies, occupational licensing boards, national associations, commissions, and councils in more than 120 occupations and professions. We offer the following: BASICPLUS This is a combined Adult CPR, AED and First Aid training program that is designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This program conforms to the 2015 AHA Guider guidelines update for CPR and ECC and the 2015 AHA and ARC guidelines update for first aid. CAREPLUS This is a combined Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and AED program designed specifically for persons who are occupationally required or just desire to have CPR and AED knowledge and skills. This program is based upon the 2010 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) science with treatment recommendations (COSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.. PEDIATRICPLUS This program provides CPR, AED, and First Aid for Children, Infants, and Adults. It is an ideal training solution for schools, child care providers, youth sports coaches, and other required to learn how to respond to medical emergencies involving children. This versatile program is based upon the 2010 CPR and First Aid guidelines, Caring for Our Children, 3rd edition; and other evidence based treatment recommendations. BLOODBORNE PATHOGENS IN THE WORKPLACE This is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of bloodborne pathogens. The training program teaches the information every employee who has occupational exposure needs to know how to avoid accidental exposure to potentially infectious materials and manage an accidental exposure if one occurs. Some of our classes can be taken on-line with hands on practice and Testing afterwards.
