- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally prefer a flat rate pricing structure so that my clients are never surprised and never have to worry about me billing them for a phone call. Pricing is determined by the level of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of accounting from the University of Central Florida and a masters in IT management from the Florida Institute of Technology. I am continually updating my skills and knowledge with certification programs, webinars and seminars.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I like to work with easy going people that want to share knowledge and embrace new approaches to old processes.
