We needed some help setting up new software on a recently purchased laptop and with resetting a couple of things with our home entertainment system after our granddaughter "helped" us push a few buttons on the receiver and remote and made a huge mess of things in the living room. Shane made time in his already busy schedule to come out and see what she had "helped" us with and got things up and going again so that we weren't without Bubble Guppies or Elmo for any longer than absolutely necessary - LOL. I also needed some help with some software upgrades on my laptop to get a couple of programs running that required Windows (and we have nothing but Apple in our home) and he gladly helped with getting that up and running smoothly and showed me how to use everything (plus a few tips/shortcuts using the laptop that I didn't know about) and gave me tips on a few things that I might need to tweak in the future in the settings menu since he knew what I was planning to use the Windows partition for later. Shane is always pleasant, professional, punctual, very patient with us old folks, and goes out of his way to make sure any issues are handled honestly and as efficiently as possible. We have home entertainment with in-wall surround sound, multiple 4K TV's, Apple TVs, Fire TVs, and gaming systems for the grandkids, plus home security, and home networking with wireless printers. Also, we plan to add outdoor entertainment to our existing system once the pool and recreation area are finished. I highly recommend Shane Smith and Home Innovation Technologies for whatever you could possibly need in their area of expertise. You will not be disappointed!

Depending on your wants and needs for your project we will schedule an in-home consultation (free of charge), where we will discuss options and ideas on what products, devices, and solutions to use and where to install them. Shortly after you will receive a proposal covering the terms and overall cost of the project.
