- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that the are purchasing commitment to quality, excellent dependable services, and polite, down home atmosphere while we speedily transform what ever project you have in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process a client can expect from our professionals consists of a visit with you at your site in a noninvasive consultation, where you, the home and/or property owner, as well as I, can sit down to discuss the development of your respective visions, and and then calculate in agreement how to meet those ends in a price. This has been done in a single consult before, and it has taken several meetings, but usually we sign our contracts, and set the start and finish dates, Depending on the weather, of course, and the random acts of Nature, we make arrangements to seamlessly do what is asked, and required of us. we do not complete an entire project without being compensated for material costs. it is a sad commentary about the mind sets of people now adays, but I have been duped into procurring materials, then painstakingly installed said materals, and have been stiffed for the money I rightfully earned. This is not a common occurence, but proper precautions should be made on any business dealings to protect the customer completely, as well as the contractor involved. A Start-Check for materials will be required, then another when materials are delivered and work begins, then upon satisfied completion, of the very last detail in a Punch-List, a third check will be Given to my firm for a job well done. This three part payment plan keeps everyone involved honest the entirety of the job so a dream, a vision from concept, can ultimately be realized in as timely a manner as humanely possible, and we can all shake hands in satisfaction, and part in the knowledge, that you were, are, and forever will be in good hands.
