Introduction: I teach clients how to connect with the Innate Intelligence that runs the body to empower them to self-heal. I use techniques from practical diet/ nutrition/ exercise to energy work- all personalized. I am trained, through my energy healing teacher, in coaching. I combine my training in health, nutrition, and coaching. I do things a little differently than most. A+B=C approaches that are the same for all never worked and I never felt right. I want to bring out the best in people. Sometimes, there are challenges. I believe there is always a way to transform those challenges into something good that will help us become better. I love giving people the power to listen to their body and know what they need to be well. -this is true in my wellness, the coaching or energy work. The distance energy healing work I do is always a unique experience. Often times, I end up teaching people what I need to learn. I don't know everything; I have things I am working on myself (always a work in progress!). There is a humbling feeling when someone steps into their power. I love when people feel good, when they have a breakthrough. (It's never me or what I do. They deserve ALL the credit!)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One session is $110 and typically one hour. Payment must be complete before session starts. I accept payment via PayPal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what they are expecting from me. What do they hope to accomplish? What are they willing to do to reach those goals? Are they taking responsibility for them selves or looking for someone else to do it for them? I evaluate with questionnaires and conversation. I do a lot of research. I am a health detective. I want to teach clients how not to need me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have apprenticed with an herbalist and with a chiropractor. I have been trained my my mother- a registered nurse. I then went on to seek out a degree in Complementary and Alternative medicine. I am a Certified Energy Healer and Life Coach. I found energy medicine, but it sort of found me. I love doing the energy sessions with people and talking about their experiences, some small, some big. I have trained with a master healer.
