Introduction: I'm a Fireman and work this company on my off days. Making sure people are taken care of is what Its all about , at the firehouse or the job site. Working with people on a one on one basis to define and take care of their project or repair needs. I don't always need to "land the job"if nothing else maybe I can give some free sound advise or point you towards a contractor that can fulfill your needs. It's all about word of mouth and customer satisfaction . I enjoy creative and different projects . For instance accent walls with pallet wood or maybe creative tile design. I also enjoy helping people fix that "thing" they have needed done but haven't had the time or knowledge to get to, leaky faucet, broken door, fence falling over. Like I have already said helping people out.

Mr. Smith has been hired to do several projects. He installed and hung a wall mounted TV and media shelves below it, installed a wireless, video doorbell, and applied a sealer to the basement concrete floor. We look forward to him returning to install additional electrical outlets and build a privacy fence around property. We are pleased with his varied skills and knowledge.

Our fence was probably about 30 years old and during the last big storm gave way due to deterioration. We had Eddie come out to give us a quote. Then because of the care he took in communicating with us, and the fact that his pricing was terrific, we hired him. He took down our old fence and built us a new one, and we couldn't be happier. He pays great attention to detail. Our back yard was staged nicely while he was working, he cleaned up everyday prior to leaving, and now that the fence is up, you would never even know he were there, aside from being left with his beautiful craftsmanship to enjoy. We will be calling him to come back for future projects on our to-do list!!

Ed did such a great job listening to what I needed and coming up with the best plan for our area, budget and time frame. He was very thoughtful about his work and was very transparent with me about what could be done with both projects. Ed is the first person I call and the first I refer for all my home projects. Which seem to multiply!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on $30 hr rate with a minimum service call of $100. There are a lot of variables that can determine that price to go up or down but that is were I start at.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My Dad and Step Dad, they taught me things I will use for a lifetime. Dad has been s general contractor for 40 plus years. Don and my Mom owned a flooring store.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I had a customer with a fence that was falling over. They had small children and the yard behind them were the fence was had an in ground swimming pool. The cost of referencing the entire yard was high but I was able to work out a price to replace the section that separated the pool. Now the kids are safe and the customer is happy. I'm sure they will have me back to finish the rest of the yard. Great people . They left me a review on this site and also posted some pictures.
