FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people and creating new friends in this industry. Most of my business comes from referrals so meeting new customers is a great opportunity for me to clean for new families.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-IICRC training -16 years hands on cleaning experience -Steam and/or Dry carpet cleaning options. -Training/ mentoring other local cleaners for over 3 years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be careful! In this industry, you get what you pay for. You do not want to hire a professional and two days later still be walking on wet or crunchy carpet. It is all to common that people are won over by the cheapest bid just to find out... 1. The price didn't include things like pre treatment or a good rinse. 2. The professional is actually not a professional. 3. He has substandard equipment. 4. Every stain costs more money. Pricing should be easy to understand and have multiple options to help with where you need to be in your budget.
