I highly recommend "The Computer Guys". I am still using the same computer I took to them 4 years ago that was about to crash. Not only did Landon fix the issues ....he showed me how to prevent the problems from reoccurring again and how to fix them on my own. I have also used their services to help protect myself and my family from personal invasion and a serious issue concerning our safety. Landon showed me how to protect my computer and stayed in touch with me throughout the years, sending me safety links that would help when he would see trouble for us, he followed up and still does now and then even though everything is fine now. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done when I had no one else to help. I would trust him again and again. Thank you Landon for caring! The world needs more like you. Computers always baffle me and when they don't work like I think they should, I panic!!! However, The Computer Guys were so helpful and patient, talking me thru the various steps necessary to get me up and running efficiently and safely. My Computer was Fried so they Hooked Me Up with One that would Do what I needed and I didnt go in Debt for it Service was Great Conversations Very Interesting and Learned a Bit about my Computer as Well Great Bunch of Guys !!!!!!

Flat rate repairs for items dropped off at our location of $79.95 Plus Parts, Service Call rates depend on distance traveled billed at between $65-$85 for the first hour and $45 per every hour onsite. Flat rates can be negotiated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we first inquire your exact needs and budget then design a personal plan of action that will meet your needs in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree in Computer Repair and networking Technology, CompTIA A + Certified, PC Repair Certificate, Bachelors Degree in Post Secondary Technical Education, Microsoft Certified Professional
