- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of my practice is contingency. However, I charge one hour of my time to review a severance agreement or documents pertaining to your claims.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask that you email me or fill out the contact form on my website before we speak on the telephone. After I learn about your legal issues, then we will discuss via telephone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Undergraduate degree from Auburn University. Law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.
