All of our potential new customers should know that I have 38 years of hands on experience inThe roofing and construction field ,Our number one goal is customer satisfaction and quality quality quality ,We will never say we are going to be the fastest because we are not ,But we do every project the best as it can be ,That is my promise ,And you can take that to the bank As friars pricing goes my numbers are gonna be in the middle ,Not too high not too low just right ,We've all heard the Saying You get what you pay for ,Top quality does not come with a low price ,But it will with a median price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st process give me a call set up an appointment I come to that appointment introduce myself talk about the roofing ttake the ladder off my truck measure up your roof ,crunch some numbers give you a price ,I hand write all of my contracts on the spot on a nice printed out two color contract ,All in detail and then I go home Or to my next appointment depending on the day ,Then if you decide to go with us you call us and except signed the contract and we put you on a schedule ,
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school education ,And 55 years of walking around on this planet with my eyes open ,How's that ?
