- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are measured first before it can be priced. Labor costs is given with material list so that we are on the same page on what the project consists of. All prices include a warranty for instalation repair and not wear and tear. Discounts are given to return customers or projects with multiple purchase. Fees are only added on to overall cost when extra tasks are added on the Original project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When doing custom tile jobs and furnishings I work side by side with the customer to get them scheduled at their convenience. I give them a detailed material list with labor cost. I help them select the best tile choice and color scheme to best improve their home. Also I work closely with the customer to make their masterpiece more comfortable according to their needs and also utilize as much space as possible. Finally I keep all customers updated through the process of the job in order to get the job done efficiently. And get their master piece finished on schedule so they can get back to their Daily lives as soon as possible. More importantly so that their home is beautiful and more valuable then ever.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a TIG welder/fab tech I have years of experience and I am certified to weld in all positions and multiple types of metal. As a tile setter I have helped hold our spot as number one on Home Advisor and have been trained one on one for 10 years by the owner of Dave Bradberry ceramic tile inc.
