Introduction: My soul's desire is to give back the transformational experiences that have radically changed my life and my relationship with myself for the better. Yoga, massage, and energetic healing have been a path to self-discovery, leading me to the truest part of myself. The threads of these teachings have weaved themselves through the entire fabric of my life, uplifting me spiritually, mending me physically, and transforming me mentally. I strive to cultivate a space that harvest a unique and authentic personal experience of self. It is such a gift to hold space for personal alignment like those who have done so for me.
I love connecting with people! I so enjoy helping people relax and drop in to a space away from the chaos of everyday life. My favorite part of my job is seeing the "zened out" look on peoples faces when we are done with a session!
I specialize in prenatal massage and love pampering expecting mothers. It is such a special experience to bring peace and harmony to mommy and baby.
I also specialize in trauma conscious yoga. This gentle style of yoga focuses on reestablishing the body, mind, and spirit connection through mindful movement, breath, meditation, and sound healing with crystal bowls!

My experience with Darby was amazing. First, I love the location of her office and the room is such a great space. Second, Darby combines and weaves together multiple healing gifts for an incredible body experience. Her use of reiki is awesome and use of vocal toning allowed me to participate in helping release tight muscles. She is intuitive and knows the body really well, and her knowledge of yoga influenced stretches she gave me that could be done at home. Everything about the experience felt above and beyond. From massages I can sometimes leave with a headache or in pain and I left with a sense of freedom in my body and increased energy. When seeking bodywork, Darby is a must!

Darby Hanson is by far the very best masseuse Don & I have ever had. She has studied and continues to study various Massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies that blend holistic healing practices with physical, emotional and spiritual components currently in practice. I got a pregnancy massage by Darby and it was outstanding. She is soooo good at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable. I've used her since I've had my baby as well. My husband goes to her too. He says she's the best. So strong and thorough. I highly recommend Darby!
