- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge by the project, but can charge an hourly rate if it is a very contained project or assessment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically have an introduction call to assess the situation and see if there is a skill and personality fit. I usually request a statement of work (SOW) from the prospective client to allow me to assess the assignment and make an accurate proposal that involved the amount of time and the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a serial entrepreneur and I have run three different technology companies. I was the CEO of my most recent company for over a decade, I took it public in 2007, and ran it as a public company CEO for seven years. I have raised over $200 million in equity financing, and have been directly involved in over $2 billion in M&A transactions. I have over 25 years of experience in the tech sector.
