- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Of course I like to meet with the customer to find out what exactly they are looking to accomplish. Once that is established I then like to point out the benefits of our service compared to our competition. I would then measure the job and provide a price. After that we will schedule the date of service.

On the job training working with another company that provides the same service.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
