Tiffany Knef did a great job representing us on our house purchase. In a multiple offer situation, she helped us creatively craft our bid and get it accepted. Part of what made ours the winning offer was a quick close, which could have presented us with problems trying to remove inspection and other contingencies quickly, but Tiffany had all of the resources we needed to close the deal quickly and smoothly, including getting all of the inspectors and contractors we needed at the house one day after acceptance (and their reports in hand the next day). Professional and a strong negotiator, we will definitely work with Tiffany on future transactions.
