Sip Wine Tasting

Introduction: A unique and personalized professional wine tasting service! Looking for a great idea for your next at home party, dinner or corporate event? Here it is! A professionally hosted wine tasting event where our experts will be your guide, discussing, educating and serving great wines. We supply the expert wine service, the glasses, and the wine. Our professional wine host will arrive at the location approximately 30 to 60 min prior to wine service to set up glasses, open and decant wines as necessary. Our standard 2 hour continuous wine service can be either a standalone tasting, or be arraigned for before, during, or after a meal, or it can overlap and cover pre- meal into meal service, or meal service to after dinner service. The service is totally flexible. Add hours to cover the entire evening if desired. Our host will be as involved, or passive as dictated by the design of the event. The interactive nature of our tastings/service is what makes them amazingly fun and unique. This is how our service works. You tell us what type of event you are having, the type, style, region, vintage of wine you want, and what your budget is. Based on these criteria, we will offer a selection of recommended wines for your event. If the wines are to be paired with food, we will work with you, a chef or caterer to pair them perfectly. After your wine selection, our affiliate partner wine merchant will send an invoice for the wine purchase (at competitive retail pricing) and the wines will be delivered to the event by our staff the day of the event. After the event, our wine host will gather and remove all equipment. Birth year, Anniversary, Special year? This is one of our specialty's! We are able to provide a selection of wines from that special time or occasion in your life. Turning 50? Great, lets taste the 1966 Vintage Ports to celebrate! Honeymooned in the south of France... then wines from Chateauneuf du Pape will hit the spot. We have unlimited versatility in types, vintages, and regions of wine we serve. So give us your special date! Surprisingly affordable. Our basic service fee is $225.00 for one wine host and 2 hours’ continuous wine service, primary host additional hours @ $100.00 per. Includes 20 wine glasses, additional glasses are $1.00 per glass. One wine host required per 20 guests or portion thereof. Additional wine hosts @ $75.00 per hour, min 2 hours.
