- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on the menu you choose and your guest list size. but I am willing to work with most budgets to help make your event memorable. our motto is No Budget Too Small For Elegance!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start with a sample menu, and a consultation in person. Then we setup a tasting, normally at the tasting we will finalize the contract and sign it. And pay the deposit to hold your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years experience in catering, as well as a degree in culinary arts with a specialty in catering. I was a sous chef at a family owned Italian restaurant for 3 years. and have owned my own catering company for 7 years total.
