- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourself on customer service and quality workmanship. We use quality products and stand behind our work. We try out best to quote you an accurate price and if anything changes, we will discuss it with you before doing any work. You never have to worry about getting a $100 estimate and being presented with a $400 bill!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask questions - we want to know what you are looking for and find the best solution for your locksmith needs. If we can save you money we definitely will.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my apprentice license and apprenticed under a veteran locksmith to learn all aspects of the trade before starting my own business.
