- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my price on depth of cleaning, type of cleaning and whatever else my customer wants. I offer a light standard cleaning, and medium cleaning and a detail cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before working with a new customer I make sure that we agree on the work to be done. I also make sure before I leave that they are community completely satisfied. Building a relationship with a customer is important. Customers look for those that they can trust. Customers look for someone who is able to clean but also many times a friendship develops. This relationship is vital and I returned sure that the customers needs are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years the cleaning industry has improved in many ways. I have studied the different levels of natural cleaning. I've done this through watching YouTube's and reading articles and keeping myself abreast of things that are constantly coming on the market. I look for natural ways of cleaning but also I have been reading self development books and reviews on work ethics. Making each customer feel as though they are the most important customer we have is our goal. The RickeyLee Clean Team believes in extreme clean and customer satisfaction!
