- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and competitive. My company rates fall in the median of all other pros. My goal is to be fair, honest, and thorough. Clients need to so research the cheaper the cost often the lesser the quality. As well as the highest of cost client should be wary of. This industry is often repeat customers and word of mouth advertising. In turn the ability I have to turn out the highest quality projects lands more jobs. Id rather have many jobs for fair prices than a few overpriced ones
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I drive out for a free estimate. If we move forward we both sign a contract of work to be done. This also outlines the payments of 50 percent down and 50 after final walk around is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two degrees in accounting and business administration. As well as 20 years of experience in my profession.
