- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our projects done by our company depending on what is required by the client. Our prices are affordable and have no hidden fees. From time to time, we do offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once our team has read the project needed by the client, we send the price of the project, as well as what will be completed at the price given. Once the client is happy with the price and what we will be doing, we contact the client again to get a full information on what they require from us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been getting training through college, online courses, or one on one training with a professional.
