Mr. MacKenzie is very friendly, caring towards his customers. He listens to what I’m looking for. His estimates are right on target, when he tells me how long the job will take from start to finish he is right on target.. Bruce Mackenzie contacted me quickly, independently went to my cottage to assess the job when I was not able to be there, took pictures so He could understand exactly what I needed done and where I needed it to be done.
We met at my cottage to review the job and he spent a lot of time explaining certain things to me. Overall this was an excellent experience. The work will be done this week as promised and he will contact me to meet with him after completion to discuss his work and any other things I I might need done. Prices were reasonable.
