Introduction: I graduated from the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts in Bridgton, Maine in 2009. I've spent much of my career thus far strengthening my skills in injury rehabilitation while working at a massage clinic that provided massage therapy for overuse and traumatic injuries often related to work, exercise and auto accidents. I gained experience with common issues such as rotator cuff pain, neck pain, and low back and hip pain and discomfort. I also have extensive experience with prenatal massage. In my practice I strive to find the perfect balance where massage is both physically therapeutic and deeply relaxing and love to find ways to tailor each session to one's needs on that particular day. I enjoy the challenge of getting to the root of what's causing pain and discomfort in the body in order to provide ongoing relief.
