So I called J Costello on a Friday late afternoon expecting to get a answering machine to at least get a call back for Monday. To my surprise Joseph answered the call , and was able to get me scheduled for a Monday estimate ( not only was he the only one to answer but I never did hear back from the 4 other contractors I called ) , and was very informative to start with my questions over the phone. When he arrived he pulled to the service driveway ( which was very much appreciated ) without me telling him about it. He was pleasant , knowledgeable , and just overall very easy to talk to. Impressed with his professionalism I told him to give me 24 hours to think about the the price ( I had already decided to myself this was the guy for me) , and I would call him back , and possibly get on his schedule. He was polite in response , and continued to share his knowledge, and did not make me feel obligated or pressured. He wasn’t gone an hour when I made repeated phone calls to the other 3 companies , and again received no answer. So I called him back to get on his schedule. When he arrived to do the work he was just as impressive. He finished on time , and the job looks great. Since this was a time sensitive situation I really appreciate the hard word , and finished product. It feels great to have been able to call someone , have them show up on time , and get the work done as agreed. J Costello will be my only call next time. Thx Joseph

Joe and co. sealed my driveway last summer with commercial grade oil based product-way superior to the water based tubs of stuff at the hardware store...AND Joe came back this Spring to look at some tiny crack areas where the patches didn’t go well He re-did my entire driveway ON THE SPOT and FREE OF CHARGE He stands 110% behind the work and customer satisfaction I was pleased to select Costello to paint the entire exterior of my house—they are out there RIGHT NOW! 5***** stars across the boards Thanks Joe & Crew!

Joesph came out and answered all of my questions . He was very competitive with his priceing . He was on time and met all of my requests which I’m sure was Difficult I’ve been known to be picky I will definitely be hireing mr Costello again and would recommend him to all of my family and friends

I needed painting done on my house so I called several contractors (I always get 3 estimates. Joseph called me back within 4 hours and scheduled an appointment. He came out, I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them in a way I understood. (He wasn’t to cheapest but definitely not the most expensive) So i hiredhim. He set up a time to do the work and he had his crew come out when it was convenient with my schedule. The job was done in a timely manner and I was vary pleased. I highly recommend him!!!!!!!

I was told to get three estimates. I hired the cheapest quote. What a mistake. One year later I was making the embarrassing call to Mr Costello. He was so helpful and honest. He even fixed the mistakes of the first “contractor” Don’t make my mistake hire Mr Costello
