Bob has done several large and small projects in our home, including an oven replacement that had to fit an existing cabinet structure, two bedroom redesigns, including the need to match over 30 year old redwood panels, as well as other numerous projects. Bob is always a pleasure to work with; he is punctual, does what he says he is going to do, cleans up each day, is considerate of your needs, and his work is of the highest quality. Bob is somewhat of a perfectionist, but he also knows when to stop. He is also creative in helping you find a solution to complex issues. We have a lot of that because our house was custom built. The quality and end result of the work Bob has done for us has been consistently outstanding. Bob does not disappoint.

Bob is top notch. He won’t BS you! He’s fair and practical. I’ve had him redo my bathrooms and replace my furnace amongst other things... he’s like a human Swiss Army knife! Always friendly, fair prices and an all around good person! I would definitely recommend Clark Property Services....

Bob replaced a dry rot beam for us, not an easy job. Excellent work and he was mindful of the surroundings.

Bob refinished our attic. His rates were very reasonable, and the work-quality was outstanding. I’d recommend him to anyone seeking a really good carpenter for remodling work and everything in between.

I learned about Bob from another tradesman, when I needed some appliances installed. He did a fine job and was knowledgeable about other things. He is my go to guy for many jobs around my home. He and the few guys that may come out with him, are his only “crew” so sometimes he’s hard to get. But he will do his best to get there as soon as possible, and get it done right. I highly recommend him. P.S. He is also a really nice guy.
