- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the type of work, we either complete an in-person estimate of the job, or provide an hourly rate. This distinction is based off of the size and complexity of the job. All estimates that are able to be scheduled between the hours of 7am and 3pm M-F are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our division leader Ron starts every new relationship with a customer with a phone call. In that call, he tries to learn the most he can about the customer's job, property type, and budget so that he can provide the best suggestions and most accurate quote for that individual customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ron has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing and heating fields, and holds a Master Plumber's License. All of our employees are legally registered and licensed plumbers, as well.
