Consultations: $65 In Studio Sessions: $45/session In Home Sessions: Starting at $55+, depending on location
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A one on one consultation is the first step when working with new clients. This ensures I can create a personalized plan based on medical background, past injuries, goals, and fitness preferences. From there we will schedule sessions and further map out what is need to get you on the road to being fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Fitness and strength training started for me during my years in the military and training with Air Force Special Operations. During my tour in Afghanistan I coached strength training, lifting, and various CrossFit Classes. Once I decided to move on from the military I attended the National Personal Training Institute in Raleigh, NC. Here I was educated through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Strength and Conditioning material, as well as over 500+ hours of hands on experience, and obtained my Nutrition Consultation Diploma. During this time I also was mentored and interned for state wide recognized Strength and Conditioning Coach/CrossFit Phenomenon Michelle Benedict. During this time I learned the fundamentals of coaching, client relations, while also finishing my Health and Wellness Bachelors degree.
