- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since we create a personalized management plan, the management fee can vary between one customer in another. The typical management fee for a single-family home is between 8% and 12%. For multifamily properties, it will depend on the amount of units and services provided. Rates can be as low as 4% and as high as 10%. We also manage vacation properties, short-term rentals, commercial properties and condominium HOAs that require a personalized quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free property evaluation and provide a current market analysis to determine the appropriate rental rate for the home. We then create a management plan that gives the owner exactly what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our property management team has over 100 years of experience. By combining that hands on experience with the continuing education in the ever changing real estate and property management industry we have become a valuable asset for the accidental landlord, intentional investor or DIY landlord needing help.
